Community Yoga: This class is donation based for anyone who would like to come experience our studio. Each weekly class is taught by one of our skilled instructors giving students a taste of our various teaching styles.

Friday Flow: A playful, lighthearted flow class to encourage mindfulness and sync your body with your breath.  Intuitive movements and breathwork will help to release tension, cultivate play, and unwind for the weekend ahead. Props are provided and encouraged.  Classes end in a long savasana with optional essential oil face massage - all levels welcome.

Gentle Flow: This class is slow and steady! Through a mix of grounded and standing postures, we will cultivate a deep focus on marrying our breath with our movement.  All the postures are accessible and intended to feel-good. This yoga class is great for a recovery day or if your body is craving some gentle movement.

Good Morning Body: Rise to meet your morning with this empowering Vinyasa flow. Join us in a practice of connecting breath, mantra and movement in a fun and freeing space together. Channel the spirit of the sun and come fill your heart with light! All levels are warmly welcome. *please feel encouraged to bring a talisman or a totem to place at the top of your mat for practice*

Hula Hoop Fitness: "It's impossible NOT to smile while hula hooping!" Get ready to sweat AND smile while we integrate low impact cardio, yoga, Pilates, and barre all while using the weighted fitness hula hoops! This up-tempo class is set to great music that will have you dancing and most importantly having fun with fitness! No previous hooping experience required.

Intuitive Flow is a nimble kind of approach. Lots of options will be provided as we find play and creativity with what our body needs and how it's shown up for us that day. Intermediate to Advanced. Props encouraged, provided at the studio.

Kundalini: Cleansing and revitalizing, this Yoga of Awareness combines breath, eye focus, postures and movement, body locks, mantra and meditation to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, boost immune function and build mental focus, as well as core muscle strength. All levels.

Meditate and Create: Learn to use the power of meditation to truly focus your intentions on manifesting the life of your dreams. Release negative patterns and put thoughts into action with a weekly tune up of your frequencies. Practice pranayama and meditation techniques to help you grow your personal practice. Please bring a journal.

Prenatal Yoga class is geared for all stages of pregnancy, and is a modified yoga practice that assists each mother through the strategic use of the props to create an optimal practice. Prenatal Yoga will help increase your inner strength needed for childbirth preparation & the birthing experience. In this class we will learn to connect to the breath, connect to the womb, relieve back tension through the alignment and use of the props, and find community with other moms on this journey to motherhood. 

Power Yoga: Find strength in stillness. Using awareness of breath, you’ll be guided to challenging postures to build strength and confidence as you explore your practice. Gaining greater flexibility and superior balance in both mind and body.

Restorative Blend: This class is remembering your way back to the peaceful place within where you are always whole and healed. Restorative yoga asanas, the power of breath, energy work, sound therapy and often incorporating reiki supportive touch and aromatherapy. Poses (asanas) are done lying or sitting and supported by blankets, bolsters or blocks.

Restorative Yoga: This gentle class focuses on restorative postures grounded on the yoga mat. Combining pranayama, stillness and meditation we can find space and strength that are already there within the body. All Levels. Props encouraged, provided at the studio.

Restore & More is designed to help you slow down & prepare the body, mind for meditation. The first half of class is gentle yoga to bring awareness to breath, open hips & shoulders, and ready the spine to sit. Second half of class is guided meditation & relaxation to bring you into presence, stillness, and acceptance. It’s the perfect class for winter season & natural time of turning inward.

Slow Flow & Intentional Movement focuses on finding our foundational support. We will use our awareness and pranayama to explore our stillness and flow in yoga postures. In this space we allow our minds and bodies to be made strong, and more flexible. All Levels. Props encouraged, provided at the studio.

Sunrise Yoga: Align your body and breath with your intentions for the day ahead with pranayama, meditation and a smooth vinyasa practice. This is a level 1-2 class with specific postures that will leave you feeling challenged and strong, helping you to cultivate balance physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Taoist Yoga: Postures of stillness and movement for promoting growth, clearing energetic blockages, enhancing circulation, developing core strength, muscle tone, balance, and stamina. Taoist movement provides relaxed confidence, fluidity and grace in the body.

Vinyasa Strength: An inspiring, all-levels Yoga practice that provides an opportunity to go deeper within while strengthening the body-mind connection. Includes breathwork, dynamic core work, shoulder strengthening, hip opening and using the wall to deepen alignment and build balance strength.

Vinyasa Groove is not your average flow class. We'll give you the time and the space you need to connect with your body & breath while having a playful time on your mat! This groovy practice builds heat through marrying breath with creative sequencing allowing the body & breath to dance together. Vinyasa Groove is an all levels class, come as you are!
