Enjoy music, creative arts, stories and most of all FUN! while learning about yoga, nutrition and health. A safe and relaxing place for kids to just be kids. CapoeiraCapoeira is a Brazilian art form that combines dance and martial arts. It includes live rhythm and percussive music. Learning the instruments and songs is a part of the capoeira experience. In the game of capoeira two people play in a circle called a "roda" to the rhythm of the music, allowing body and mind to integrate in this fusion of mental and physical energy. WorkshopsClasses in an extended, three- or four-hour format, given by Yoga Jones staff and guest teachers, on specific forms of yoga practice in which the instructor has special expertise.
