Ashtanga is a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois (1915-2009). This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind."

Gentle Yoga

Yoga to calm and refresh the body, mind and heart. Intended for those who wish to focus on the healing aspects of yoga practice. This may include those who have health concerns, physical issues, or limited range of motion.


Emphasizes precise alignment and proper action in poses in the tradition of B.K.S. Iyengar. Uses props and hands-on adjustments to enable the student to go more deeply into poses.

Kidz Yoga

A fun way to learn the basics of yoga for ages 6-10 years. Encourages the fundamentals of healthy body awareness and self-nurturing for young minds.


Cleansing and revitalizing, this Yoga of Awareness combines breath, eye focus, postures and movement, body locks, mantra and meditation to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, boost immune function and build mental focus, as well as core muscle strength. All Levels.

Prana Flow

Prana Flow is an energetic, creative, full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea and the Global Vinyasa Collective of Teachers. Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana – the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence – as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Practitioners learn classical and innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow drawn from Krishnamacharya’s teachings, Tantra, Ayurveda, Bhakti, Somatics and Shiva’s teaching experience from the last fifteen years.


Pre-Natal yoga enhances comfort in pregnancy while preparing the body and mind for birth. This class is appropriate for all stages of pregnancy. Come prepare for one of the most sacred and pivotal events of your life. No prior yoga experience required.


A yoga class for mamas, papas, partners and babies from 6 weeks to approx. 1 yr. Playful, energizing and relaxing time with you and your baby. Come join the fun. All you need is a yoga mat and a baby blanket!

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga offers healing for the body and the mind. Suitable for students of all levels, it is one of the best antidotes to stress, anxiety, fatigue, depression, injury, and the general fast pace of life. This practice, often utilizing props in supported poses, activates the body’s parasympathetic nervous system, inviting deep relaxation. A regular practice of restorative yoga strengthens the immune system and reverses the effects of chronic stress. Restorative yoga is one of the primary practices used to restore calm and harmony to our lives.

Sivananda Style

A classical style of hatha yoga that revolves around frequent relaxation, and emphasizes full, yogic breathing. It is typically a slow paced, meditative class that helps encourage proper breathing, flexibility, strength and vitality in the body while calming the mind.

Slow Flow

Yoga to calm the refres the body, mind and heart. Intended for those with to focus on the healing aspects of yoga. This may include those who have health concerns, physical issues or limited range.

Taoist Yoga

Postures of stillness and movement for promoting growth, clearing energetic blockages, enhancing circulation, developing core strength, muscle tone, balance, and stamina. Taoist movement provides relaxed confidence, fluidity and grace in the body.

Viniyoga Slow Flow

A breath-centered practiced focused on safe movement of the body. Viniyoga uses repetition into and out of postures in addition to holding postures, emphasizing function over form with postural adaptations to achieve desired results. Viniyoga also places an emphasis on breath as the medium for movement in asana and uses adaptations of the breath patterns to produce different effects.

Vinyasa Flow

A style that involves synchronizing the breath with various linked sequences of postures building internal heat. Produces a sense of flowing into oneself through combined breath and movement.

Yoga for Health & Healing

Ayurveda, Marma's, Thai yoga and othernatural healing methods, combine with gentle yoga asanas to refresh and awaken the body’s innate energy systems.

Yoga Over 50

This class is focused on safe, fluid body joint movement and improved balance. A longer than usual warm-up period is followed by classic yoga poses that are modified to meet the needs of the practitioner. The practice is gentle, oriented toward calmness and peace of mind. Students will learn to integrate breathing and relaxation with exertion and movement. Constant attention is given to self-awareness, self-care, and safety.
